Chris Bulla

Chris is an investor and entrepreneur with a track record of delivering strong investment returns across a wide range of asset classes.

Chris has 10 years of professional investment experience across public markets, private equity, and real estate. Chris is a former hedge fund investor, where he covered global industrial & technology companies.

Chris is also a co-founder and principal of C3M Asset Management, a Canadian-based firm focused on student housing. The firm has re-developed and owns a portfolio of properties in Ontario, Canada.

Prior to Lions Harbor, Chris spent 6 years in New York as a hedge fund investor with Citadel & PointState Capital and as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs.

At Lions Harbor, Chris oversees the investment, capital formation, financial and underwriting functions of the business.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University, where he was a Varsity Rower and a Portfolio Manager for the university’s endowment.

Chris is an endurance athlete, as a 100-mile ultra runner and Ironman triathlete.
